Shipping policy

Please allow 3 business days for the studio to process your order. Once the order has been received online, we will not fulfill your order until we have taken your order to the post office.

Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday 7.30 – 3pm and Saturday 10am – 1pm.  The studio will send you a text or ring to let you know your order is ready for pick up.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post.  All shipping is calculated with the Australian Post shipping rates, these rates do vary all the time depending on the shipping band Monte Lupo studio is currently sitting in.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
