These pies are from the new and exciting pastry range designed by well known chef, Nathan Quinell.
Nathan, better known as The Hurricane Chef, has overcome many obstacles in life to fulfill his dream of becoming a qualified chef.
Nate is completely vision impaired, has two cochlear implants and has type 1 diabetes.
Since becoming a chef nearly 15 years ago, Nate has worked in cafes, fast paced kitchens, taught cooking lessons to other people, and even released a cookbook (visit https://www.thehurricanechef.com/).
He is on a mission to demonstrate to other people with disabilities, regardless of your ability, never give up!
Nate started as our first qualified chef at Banyo Kitchen in July 2022.
